FiresideSender, LLC ("FiresideSender," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at www.firesidesender.com (the "Site") and provides the FiresideSender platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information about visitors to the Site, including how we use cookies and similar technologies, how we use information for marketing, and how you can opt out of marketing communications.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and to your interactions with FiresideSender as a visitor, prospect, or customer. It does not govern how FiresideSender customers ("Clients") use the Service to send their own emails, deploy their own tracking pixels, or process their own end-users' data. Clients act as the data controller for those activities and maintain their own privacy policies, as required by our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in the following ways:

• Information you provide directly: When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, sign up for the Service, subscribe to our newsletter or blog, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide us with your name, business email address, phone number, company name, role, and the contents of any message you send.
• Account and authentication data: If you create or log into a FiresideSender partner account, we collect identifiers required to authenticate you, including your name, email address, and (where you use Google Sign-In) the basic profile information Google returns to us.
• Billing data: If you become a paying customer, billing information (including payment method details) is collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not directly store full credit card numbers.
• Automatically collected data: When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect information such as your IP address, approximate geographic location (derived from IP), browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and timestamps of your visit.
• Cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support marketing. See Section 3 for details.
• Information from third parties: We may receive information about you from advertising networks, analytics providers, social media platforms, business-data providers, or other partners.

Opting out of marketing emails will not affect transactional or service-related messages (such as billing receipts, security notices, or account communications), which we may continue to send as necessary to provide the Service.

In addition to opting out of marketing emails, you may also request that we:

• Remove your information from third-party advertising audiences we have built using your data;

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any information.

However, no security measure is perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit to us or that we store. 13. Children's Privacy
